Put the reason in the subject line, and the links below fill it in for you. We answer in English.
- Game support
- A bug, a quest that will not finish, a boss that did not pay out, being stuck in the world. Tell us your Roblox username, the island you were on, roughly when it happened, and what you saw. A screenshot helps a great deal.
- Lost progress
- Your captain’s level, items, gold or ships look wrong after a session. Send your Roblox username and what is missing. Progress is saved against your Roblox account, so we can look it up from the username alone.
- A purchase that did not arrive
- You bought a pass, a boost or an item with Robux and it is not in the game. Send your Roblox username, the item’s name and the date. We check the game’s own record of the purchase and look into it.
- Privacy
- Requests to see or delete information, including a parent’s request to delete a child’s game progress. Our Privacy Policy explains what we hold and how we confirm a request.
- Parents and carers
- Anything about the game your child plays: what it contains, how spending works, or something your child saw. The Parents’ Guide answers the common questions first.
- Press and business
- Interviews, images and partnership enquiries. Every image on this site is a real capture from the game; the press and creator kit has the trailer, clips, stills and logo to download, and we can send full-size files.
From inside the game
The Captain’s Council inside the game takes surveys, problem reports and ideas. Surveys pay a reward when they are answered; a report or an idea can earn gold after the crew reviews it. It is the quickest way to tell us about something you found while playing, because the report carries the place and the moment it happened. It never asks for personal information.
Roblox accounts, payments and reports
Some things only Roblox can do, because Roblox runs accounts and payments for every game on its platform:
- A Roblox account, password or sign-in problem, Robux, a charge or a refund: Roblox Support.
- Chat settings, spending limits and other parental controls: Roblox parental controls.
- Reporting another player for what they said or did: the report tools inside Roblox, which reach Roblox’s safety team directly. You are welcome to tell us as well.
