Where to find Mother Sedge
Mother Sedge, the Briar Queen is the boss of Thornreach, the island for levels 201 to 225. The fight is set for level 222.
The island’s quest names it: Uncrown Mother Sedge.
“Now Mother Sedge. Her Crown is up the east road. Take her briar down.”
How the fight plays
Queen of the briar-grown cliffs and the hanging village.
Phases
- Thorn. Mother Sedge lifts her glaive.
- Bloom. The briar wakes. Her coats climb the crown.
- Withering. The Briar Queen fights with all she has.
Before you go
- Bring a crew if you have one: every crewmate who helps shares the credit in full.
- Cook before the fight, and hit the cooking ring for a dish’s perfect twin.
- A boss fought alone enrages after about four minutes, so keep up the pressure.
